@BobLonsberry Dude, your president and the admin constantly insinuates we shouldn't be a country, and that we're worse than Russia and China. Like....I can't assume whether this is an anti-Canada post or not, but it is frustrating somehow this detail is constantly overlooked.
"We’re not done with ‘The Last of Us.’ There’s a couple projects in the works that, when the time is right, I’m very excited to talk about.”
- Neil Druckmann speaking to Gene Park in The Washington Post.
@MetriAndReyes@funny_guy24863 "It's so sad [insert name] worked hard and crafted a story that clicked with people, resulting in an adaptation, meanwhile all this person did was work hard and craft a story that clicked with people with resulting in an adaptation. So unfair".
Sounds...dumb doesn't it?
@jjawmw@funny_guy24863 If you have nothing going in your life, I guess..... I just find it totally childish to be mad at Critikal because [insert list of names] didn't get the opportunity.
Bryce Papenbrook, 'ATTACK ON TITAN' English voice actor for Eren Yeager, reveals he dislocated his jaw to record Eren's voice lines during the big Season 2 reveal
"I literally unhinged my jaw before that take, because I wanted that pain to come through"
You can say currently it's canon that Zuko and Mai broke up, I don't think it's accurate to say she doesn't want him back, she just wants to know she can trust him to be a partner and not keep secrets.
Hard to swallow pills for the ATLA fandom:
1. Katara is happy with Aang and has no regrets about choosing him
2. Sokka and Suki broke up
3. Mai does not want to get back with Zuko
4. Azula is likely getting a redemption arc eventually
So yeah, I can see why there's some out there who are not getting why it's such a controversial thing. But on the flip side I also get people don't care about Rowling enough and are just there for Potter. It still benefits her but it doesn't mean they support/condone her.
People are aware of Rowling's shitty opinions, but I don't think many are aware she's directly putting money towards transphobic legislation/organization/etc. When it's a difference of opinions thing people are able to go "well we disagree for sure" and that's what we see.
I'm not saying anyone should forgive and forget with Nicholas Hoult, but I do think that the nature of celebrity means that there are some out there who just literally have no idea what's going on.
People are so stupidly sanctimonious man. This'll somehow be the thing people mention whenever Hoult is cast in something to infer he's an awful person somehow.
The physical edition of Christopher Nolan’s ‘THE ODYSSEY’ will reportedly NOT be released in its original IMAX ratio.

Most people do not think of Rowling going into watching or consuming Harry Potter. It's a "bigger than the creator" IP at this point and Rowling is already set for life, no boycott would undo that or make her feel pain. The majority of Harry Potter fans are not transphobes.
