I have transacted 4000rs towards my credit card bill payment around 10:20, amount got deducted from my account but didnt get credited.

Status of transaction is showing Pending after 1:30 hours

I raised complaint on portal but It says like we are unable to register complaint for transaction.

I contacted bank, they said like your transaction is processed
You need to wait for 24 hours

What should I do?
where should I raise this issue?
