Welcome to my Jed Talks

🧵 A collection of Jed threads about Manchester Reds.

Positive to take from today: Tielemans finally looks the part in a United shirt.

[Brizzy @Utdbrizzy]

We never knew that Ole’s free-flowing Manchester United was the closest we would ever get to seeing our club return to its former glory. 🤦‍♂️

I'm not exactly impressed with Carrick so far this season but people chastising his post match, what do you expect him to say?

"Oh fuck, I'm really panicking now, I don't know why we're not playing like we did last season. Shit shit shit - what if it doesn't get better!?"

[Jed the Red 🔰 @Jed_theRed]

Dalot... surprisingly decent on the left although dreadful in the final 3rd.
Yoro - great performance.

There is a lot to be hopefully for in this group of Mainoo, Yoro, Heaven, Baleba, Santos etc coming through. It's just maybe a few seasons away.

Great first half full of fight.
Shite second half.

Bruno looked knackered.
Amad was blunt in attack.
Baleba and Santos - great first half but were out of the game in the second.
Mazraoui - again, any time I see this dude involved we're shedding points.

[Rio Ferdinand Presents @RioMeets]

Did Manchester United move on too soon from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer?

[Jed the Red 🔰 @Jed_theRed]

Carrick has got it tactically spot on so far. The lineup makes sense, the system makes sense, and the players doing their part in terms of desire and work rate.

GET IN!!!!

So deserved. Keep this effort up lads, this is all we ask for.

@utdreport 2-0 United

Equivalent of Lance Armstrong is taking care of business whilst his B Sample is being checked
Whatever they do is irrelevant

[Jed the Red 🔰 @Jed_theRed]

@RamChar33481435 @bdq_quinn He was so underrated and people overplayed the "bad in the air" thing to a ridiculous degree. It was only in contrast to Maguire who was obscenely good in the air.

Also this statistic was insane:

[The United Stand @UnitedStandMUFC]

Only one defender wasn't dribbled past in the Premier League this season.

His name? Victor Lindelöf.

[Jed the Red 🔰 @Jed_theRed]

@mujilfc @Carra23 @elonmusk @X That's not what satire is though. That's making shit up for engagement and not even close to being satirical in any way.

[Piers Morgan @piersmorgan]

City’s players and fans seem to find the fact their club’s been found guilty of the worst cheating in football history, a real lark. Very odd mindset.

McTominay tears up Serie A: "He's found his level, what a shite league."

Amorim wins 3 games: "What an elite manager thriving in the best league in world football, he was the one that got away."

[Jed the Red 🔰 @Jed_theRed]

@tonytom1earth @AbsoluteMuppett @Seansgonewrong @TheAthleticFC @OptaJoe Amorim was only competing in one competition last year. His record should have been a lot better.

[Jed the Red 🔰 @Jed_theRed]

How this absolute conman still has people under his spell is beyond me.

It would be like Chelsea fans clamouring for a return to Potter.

[Luke 🇾🇪 @lukesellers98]

No, we don’t.

[The Overlap @WeAreTheOverlap]

"That is a lie, and that is why I'm going for the ownership!" 🗣️

HTO doesn't hold back as he assesses the decisions being made at the top of Manchester United! 🔴 👀
