Instead of celebrating the obvious wins, watch closely for efforts and successes that nobody else is positioned to notice. Recognizing them helps fuel drive and satisfaction.

We complain when people are late, but we never thank them for being on time.

Winning is a by product of alot of activities. It is rare and only account for a tiny fraction of the time you spend achieving it.

You have to learn to love the lower parts and enjoy the experience, even if it does not end up in a win.
