Tonight I announced the FORGE initiative, a blue ribbon panel in the town of Gilbert focused on Fiscal Oversight, Revenue Generatation, and Efficiency. This first in the nation municipality driven effort will seek bold solutions to root out waste, develop revenue streams beyond increased taxes and fees, and address anticipated budget shortfalls in Gilbert's public infrastructure.
