@Airbnb I have had a terrible experience attempting check-in to my stay in dubai whereby I was informed I cannot enter without a permit. Unbelievable, considering it was approved by air bnb and nothing could be done! . Attempted to contact airbnb, no response at 24 hours later..

@British_Airways I am surprised at the difficulty I am having to be able to redeem A holiday package, bounced from one country's office to another, with long waiting international phone calls. This is not an acceptable outcome and extremely poor. #dissapointed #BritishAirways
