A technician came , he didn't solve the issue but asked for kkg code, which is I gave later.

They told me that they have ordered new pcb for fan but I don't when they will install it

A hybrid system requires skill and service from a vendor other neither TATA nor Adani will come to give any service

@Atulsingh_asan I prefer service over brand. You should contact local vendor and ask which company provide better service in your area. Vendor should also give primary service

There are 8-9 companies who make solar cells. And all cells are good generation wise if intsllation is proper.

Once again, @havellsindia @MyLloydCare360 has shown his fang to the customer. Last time when i registered complaint about lloyd AC , they took aprox 2 months to resolve the issue.
Again I registered complaint on 23rd may abou E6 error(out door unit not running ).
