We're taking it for granted, but the extent to which FL is about to turn red (as in "Red Wedding") under DeSantis, building upon a legacy that began w/Jeb, is still underremarked upon. This was recently THE swing state, and there's a good chance it'll look like Kansas come 11/9.

As of now, 23 of the Senate seats up in 2024 are held by members of the Democrat caucus, 10 by Republicans. The bluest state Republicans will be defending in 2024 is either Texas or Florida.
