@gregzimpleman For me with a 12 year average of 225 corn and 73 beans, if beans are below $9 then corn wins and if corn is above $5.50 then it wins. Corn has beaten beans in 3 of those 12 years. Bean total return per acre is on average $75 more over those 12 years. Beans pay the bills!

@benjaminaustic 3 years of use and no benefits. This year I had 190lbs of N split between fall NH3 140 lb & side dress 28% with AMS 50lbs along with Pivot and no Pivot side by side. No difference in yield (235 bu). I also had same fall NH3 with 28/AMS at 65 lbs and no Pivot that yielded 250.

Elkhart IL crops still showing good potential. 116 day corn planted April 15 and 2.8 beans planted April 20. These fields have had 3 inches of rain since planting with none of that coming in the last 3 weeks.
