@DianaOlick @Redfin @JBREC Diana- you have inaccurate info related to how people qualify for a mortgage. 28% is not a "real" %. The actual cap for most loans is around 45%, and in higher cost states a good % of people are near that max. Interesting article, but please consider consulting with a lender 1st.
