Pretty cool to watch your friend lead a crew of guys you care a lot about and do it with such class.

@DarrinBerggren leads with heart and humility, and he is a class-act competitor.

Congrats to you, your staff and the boys! #WELLbound

Ten years ago today I got to watch a player I coached play in an NFL game. I can’t take credit for Chris getting there as he was very gifted, but it was a rush to see him play at that level! Great memory.

Best of luck to Norsemen @benchelsvig25 and @CalvinBright as their teams play for the NAIA National Championship tonight! Very proud of you guys! @rolandstoryftbl @RS_Norsemen @rolandstorycsd

[Kevin Clark @bykevinclark]

Bill Parcells wrote a thing for Harvard Business Review 20 years ago about how to turn around teams that I still refer to often. You might not think this is unusual insight, but coaching is full of passive aggressive weirdos who never make clear their specific standards.

[Matt Finn @coachmattfinn]

If you’re complaining- you’re distracted from your goal. There’s work to be done, progress to be made. Whining doesn’t win. Working does.

Got a scapegoat? Mute it and take responsibility for what you have to do. It’s not somebody else’s fault. Focus on goals, not trolls.
