@cityofhamilton The Monday collection schedule shows that Christmas tree pickup in on Jan 2 (today). I put my tree out yesterday afternoon, but it is still sitting uncollected at 7:35pm on Jan 2. Was the schedule changed? If so I’ll move my tree until next week so it’s not sitting on the blvd.

@AirPassRightsCA Yes well after trying to get a refund for 10 months, they got my money back for me in 30 days so...seems to have worked out ok. I received back literally every penny I paid. And it cost me nothing except about 10 minutes to fill out a form.

@GivememyrefundT @TAPair_Lawsuit @tapairportugal Finally got my refund after filing a complaint with the Canadian Transportation Agency. I’d recommend filing with your home country - had no idea until recently that they take complaints related to all airlines, even for flights not in Canada.

@tapairportugal This summer (preferably sooner) I’d like to scratch “get my refund from @tapairportugal for the flights they cancelled on me last June” from my wish list! You claim the refunds were done April 13 but refuse to DM me a refund receipt and my credit card company has received nothing

@tremura5 @tapairportugal Nope. I called my credit card company - they didn’t get anything so I let @tapairportugal know and they sent a follow up to say sorry but they were mistaken and my refund hasn’t been processed yet. What a surprise...
