“Archer won’t be looked at as just an air taxi company anymore, we’re a diversified aerospace and defense company.” - @adamgoldstein13 with @CNBC at @FIAFarnborough
One aircraft. Many missions.
Introducing our dual-use autonomous, series hybrid-electric VTOL aircraft platform. Jointly developed with @anduriltech over the last two years.
The global shift towards scaled autonomy will drive demand, but a dual-use platform is critical to build a broad supply chain that can deliver at the scale and cost needed.
Defense is moving from exquisite, expensive VTOL aircraft to autonomous “loyal wingman” systems fielded at scale without putting crews at risk. Commercial operators need to deliver payloads over long distances, fast, into places without a runway, without a crew, and at low cost.
Today at Farnborough, Anduril unveils Thunder, the defense variant of the platform. Later this week, we’ll share more about the commercial variant.

Big development for Central Florida's air taxi plans. Orlando International's GOAA Board approved a vertiport to host eVTOL demonstration flights, working with the @FAANews and @NASA to validate the airspace procedures that make air taxi operations possible. Additionally, this site has the potential to support future eIPP operations.
Congrats to our partners at @MyFDOT that we’ve been working with over the past year and the team at @MCO.
The future is here! The FAA’s eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (EIPP) reached a major milestone with its first successful landing and takeoff flight tests, advancing the safe integration of next-generation aircraft into the National Airspace System. Learn more ➡️ https://t.co/bTCFSyX8CL.
Sydney ➡️ London. Non-stop. A world first. We are proud to be at the heart of aviation history with @Qantas ✈️
Launching in 2027, @HeathrowAirport will be the destination of Project Sunrise – the world’s longest non-stop commercial flight, connecting Sydney and London in 22 hours. The new non-stop flight would cut up to four hours off the travel time compared to current one-stop services!
Operated by the specially configured Airbus A350-1000ULR, this ground-breaking service will mark the first direct link between Eastern #Australia and the UK, redefining what’s possible in ultra-long-haul travel.
This milestone reinforces Heathrow’s role as a global gateway for innovation, connectivity and world-first routes.

This has been both the most productive year in Denver sports history and the most heartbreaking.
Broncos came so close.
Nuggets broke our hearts.
Avs shook our core.
That sports.
It’s why we watch.
It’s gonna be okay.
Didn’t Bo Nix and Josh Allen meet in the playoffs? Who won with numerous TDs and a broken ankle at the end, while the other had 4 T/Os (granted facing great D). Josh Allen is awesome, but this 9 v. 1 is ridiculous.
Late last night, a trespasser breached airport security at Denver Int’l Airport, deliberately scaled a perimeter fence, and ran out onto a runway.
The trespasser on the runway was then struck by Frontier Airlines Flight 4345 during takeoff at high speed. The pilot stopped takeoff procedures immediately.
The Frontier plane was then quickly evacuated while law enforcement and firefighters responded.
Preliminary reports are 12 people were hurt, with 5 taken to the hospital.
Local law enforcement handles airport security and is investigating with support from the @FAANews and TSA.
No one should EVER trespass on an airport.
JetBlue just pulled the ultimate power move. Hours after Spirit Airlines went dark, JetBlue swooped into South Florida with a full-blown rescue mission—and they're not playing small.
Here's the breakdown: $99 rescue fares for anyone holding a valid Spirit ticket. Same route, same dates, just call 1-800-JETBLUE. Flying Fort Lauderdale to San Juan? Blue Basic is capped at $299 through May 8.
But that's just the warm-up. JetBlue is exploding at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International—adding 11 brand new cities, extra flights on existing routes, and pushing nearly 130 daily departures this summer. That's a 75%+ jump from last year and their biggest FLL operation EVER.
CEO Joanna Geraghty put it plainly: "South Florida is a key market... we're stepping up, adding service, and keeping fares competitive." (Translation: we're taking over.)
Fun fact? Fort Lauderdale was JetBlue's very first destination back in 2000. Now they're reclaiming it after Spirit held 27% of that market.
Oh, and they're not leaving Spirit's crew behind either—jumpseat access for two weeks and job interviews for qualified staff.
This is how you turn a market collapse into a masterclass. 👇
