@valleymetro I was able to get through after a short wait which is awesome. I talked to Raul and again it was an issue with the credit card. Iโm gonna have Stephanie pay cash tomorrow for the ride but wish we could get this settled.
@valleymetro we have also left messages for a supervisor who has never called us back. Someone needs to get it together because special needs families need these rides.

@valleymetro Great, I just did send Raul an email. My daughter did receive a phone call regarding her pick up today however she is not receiving text messages telling her who the driver is and what type of vehicle they are driving. This is very important especially when sheโs being picked up.
@valleymetro Raul contacted my wife and I and we had a nice talk. We need consistency and reliability for our daughter. It has not been that way the past 5 weeks.
@valleymetro something changed about six weeks ago and it has not been for the good. Bookings for my daughter donโt show up, we have issues with payment that we never had before, and every time we call Dial A Ride itโs at least a half hour wait.
