@lindayaX You're going to lose. According to citizens united, corporations are people and can do whatever they want. Your can't force companies to advertise on your site. That's unamerican. If your point was true, every business Association or Consortium of companies would be illegal.

@molcranenewman This is common in criminal organizations. It doesn't mean Cohen's testimony is false. Many people in crime syndicates are on the take. I wouldn't be surprised if Trump's own kids were also stealing from their father. We see cappos turning state's evidence on the Don all the time.

@AriMelber @neal_katyal So even in a democratic state it's very difficult to get consensus from a state Supreme Court that a candidate should be removed from a ballot of an opposing party. I highly doubt this tit for tat behavior would be successful. There are reasonable people in the way.

@AriMelber @neal_katyal There seems to be confusion about who determines if insurrection has occurred. In CO, there was a finding of fact, a hearing and an appeal to a state Supreme Court that Trump was ineligible. It was not a trivial task. In California and Illinois...the process didn't succeed.

@AriMelber @neal_katyal You don't need a vote for each individual state claim of ineligibility. Because it is highly unlikely the vote in Congress would change for each subsequent claim. I doubt this would occur very often in the course of normal business.

@happycrazytown @megynkelly Right, some people are so selfish that they think it's all about them. Sometimes we have to modify our behaviors to help others..like doctors in a hospital, or teachers and kids who are immunocompromised. It just a lack of respect. You know your momma taught you better than that.
