@Delta had an amazing experience with Eddie at JFK T4 - he’s been there 30yr and I can tell - he knows how to treat customers. Owned Delta’s error, informed staff, and helped me w next steps. Give him a raise!! ❤️❤️

@FreshDirect Yea that’s not helpful. I online shop because I’m busy. I don’t have time to travel to donate. Why can’t you consolidate all valued customer bags and donate them yourself? Pick them up when you bring my next order!
@FreshDirect has informed me that they will not take back their non-recyclable, non-biodegradeable delivery bags that have been piling up as a regular customer. I guess I have to find a new online grocer! Amazing and disgusting at once - THIS is short-sighted, silly business.
I will never, ever, use @StubHub again. Most horrific customer experience I think I've literally ever encountered, and that is saying something. ~10 calls over past few days, game in 4 hours, they finally produced "replacement" tickets in the back of the bleachers. Horrific
