@gunpolicy Here is a thought, Anyone thought about filing a form 1 in the 5th Circuit and see if they will revisit the Hollis Decision since Bruen came out when the guy got approved to make a machine gun. I would think the ATF denies your request to form 1 and you could sue the ATF ?
