I lost my job yesterday.
Rent was due.
No backup plan.
Then I remembered I still had Claude.
Asked it:
“Analyze every top Polymarket wallet from the last 90 days and build me something”
$25 → $4,237 in one night.
It scanned 10,000 wallets.
Cross-referenced win rates, sizing, timing.
Found 7 traders whose edge wasn’t luck.
Then built an autonomous agent.
Not a script.
Not an if-then bot.
An agent that reads live news,
maps it to markets,
detects mispricing,
and exploits arbitrage across outcomes.
Sizes every position using Kelly.
I deployed it at 11:47PM.
Closed the laptop.
Woke up to:
$25 → $4,237
94 trades while I slept.
No input.
No hesitation.
No second-guessing.
That’s the game.
Information asymmetry at machine speed.
Wall Street pays millions for this.
I pay $20/month.
You only need Claude + laptop + 1 hour/day.

Go look at your ad library. Be it Motion, Facebook Ad Library, or wherever you can see everything you've launched on Meta over the last 30 days.
If all the ads generally look the same:
UGC actor talking to an iPhone camera, same text overlay, same general background (in a house / outside), and same gender...
That's not creative diversity, that's creative iterations and are best lumped together in Meta's flexible ad format.
The same goes for statics. If your statics contain the same branding, same product, same text overlay fonts and generally look the same lump them together.
There is a BIG difference between iteration and variation. What does Meta want more of?
VARIATION!
It's better for you to launch 4 concepts that are entirely different than one another.
Get out of the habit of launching 12 ads of the same creator doing a different hook as separate ads. Meta will likely pick one and just run with it and you'll just waste $ chasing everything else.
If your cost per 1,000 account reach has increased YoY it's more than likely this is your biggest culprit.
If you're still confused drop your ad library link to me below and I'll tell you.
Hey @Meta literally changing Meta Ads Manager like this overnight without any comms just continues to make us lose trust in you.
We split out Web and Web+Shops campaigns. While in theory you simplified it, but you released no comms and no reps have alerted us to this shift.
This is a truly unique time in the DTC space. Brands at scale are all struggling to find new customers on Meta and Google.
I've never seen this many large brands all struggle at the same time to find net new customers.
I truly believe the push for black box systems like ASC and PMAX are causing an absolute negative affect on businesses once you get a certain level.
These tools are not designed for scale. That's the concern many of us are talking amongst ourselves about.
Did you know that Campaign Auction Overlap is a thing?
Well, if you did not, @Meta released a "new module" called "Campaign Auction Overlap insights" that helps media buyers identify and understand what percentage of ad sets in a campaign are overlapping with each other and competing in the auction
The auction overlap module is a new UI feature in Ads Manager and can be found under the Performance tab of “View Charts” for a campaign. It provides a visual of the % of overlapping ad sets in the selected campaign over the selected time window and allows you to review the overlapping ad sets
Below is a screenshot from our "SANDBOX" campaign where we use only one targeting (broad). The overlap is obviously 100%.
Ask ChatGPT to write a meta ad brief for Dall E using only the product description
ChatGPT writes Prompt.
Dall E creates image.
As soon as this outputs layered files or can leverage actual product images through IP validation... 🤯
This is kinda scary... new update from FB, probably why ads manager is so bugged today. Potentially going 75% over daily budget is crazy.

Ok, FINALLY. Meta has released insights for Shops. It's actually pretty robust and helps split out web + shops data.
I'm showing just this graph but there is some pretty awesome insights here.
You can find it in Overview page on Commerce Manager. Meta releasing worthy product updates need to be celebrated. This is a big one.
I've read a ton on ASC campaigns here over the last few weeks and felt I'd provide a bit of insight for some of you based off best practices that I've encountered.
Keep in mind that I've ran ASC since the beta and had a lot of insight playing with it on Meta's dime. At scale (brands spending above $8-10k a day ASC makes up more than 60% of my ad spend now.
1. Your audience is a signal, don't just run 0% audience cap. Instead get clever with your audiences. I like to add Shopify audiences as a signal intent. The mid and high intent provides Meta a type of spark. Typically I start with 5-10%, but go as high as 20% audience cap for scale.
2. Your creative is your targeting, yes. But even more, diversity of creative is your golden ticket. I'm not talking the same looking UGC 50 types over, I'm talking static DR, GIFs, carousels, brand videos, short videos, UGC videos, etc. The more choices the better.
3. One ASC to rule them all! I'm a huge fan of having one ASC that's designed as your main scaling campaign. However, when a brand has a ton of SKUs, I will run multiple ASCs and focus on the specific products. This is still a bit up in the air, because I'm concerned about overlap. But yet haven't seen any trouble, yet.
4. Giving ASC time to work. This is critical. I've said above ASC's tend to work off a strong signal first, meaning your nCPA may suffer as you get going cause it's finding its groove. Give them more time. On average, if I'm testing net new ideas / creatives/ offers / landers I tend to give it two weekend cycles before I fully shut off and move on.
I'm a huge fan of where Meta is going here with this tool. I'm still running testing BAU campaigns, and in a few instances old school LLAs and interests. But that's becoming fewer and fewer brands.
One final tip for your BFCM planning.... switch your ASC to a 50% audience cap and add in your MOFU audiences. Did this last year and it was absolutely our best performing campaign and spend the most.
Carousel in a video format
Cotopaxi does a great job here in creating a highly engaging ad.
They show different products from their collection in a video format instead of a typical carousel.
