Low peds vax uptake: Decided it was time to reach out to parents in my practice, encourage those with 0 vaccines to get 1st dose, and inform those with 1 dose how to get an early second dose. Within 40 minutes of sending, one youngster already got his 2nd pfizer!

This kid impressed us all today. He celebrated turning 12 by getting a #COVID19Vaccine, and my @MSHospital Family MD colleague @JeffWeissberger acknowledged his efforts by starting a Happy Birthday sing-a-long. There’s still plenty of time for a #2shotsummer. @thisisourshotca

2 people become sick with Covid, 1 of whom is the unvaccinated person.

Media: “50% of cases occurred in the vaccinated!!”

This is what we’re seeing, and it’s irresponsible reporting.
