The "Right Answers" will get you ready and prepared

Be curious enough to seek for your own freedom.
Namaste 🙏 🙌
To make something valuable is to first say yes, then sort out the details on the other side.
I’ve learned to treat the very act of saying yes as a victory; simply saying yes to the next step, the next task, the next conversation.
And the decision mustn't come from the plate.
Those who consider in advance the challenges they are likely to encounter as they pursue their goals fare far better than those who only obsess with the goal itself.
Leaders often create safety net in advance.
Failure doesn’t always mean defeat; it only means that you fell short of accomplishing your objective.
However, those who are resilient and bounce back to fight another day recognize that
nonfatal failure provides an opportunity for self awareness and strategy reassessment.
Set a course of action that determines how you'll engage the day and what specific, small battle you need to win.
In the evening, examine your daily progress.
Hence the question
Morning Question: What Good shall I do this day?
Evening Question: What Good have I done today?
@mattgillis One of the greatest strategy in execution is projecting the solutions of other unto the problem you're trying to solve.
It creates a creative gap in your mind for solutions
@AtamboM_ We always look out for what we can do next and forget the little wins we've had over time..
It's wisdom to appreciate everything while scrambling for more
If you act with conviction and are persistent, the world will eventually get behind your efforts,
though it may take time and will most definitely require total commitment.
This is a wake up call to continuously stay connected and consistent.
People are watching you.
Healthy working mindset 201:
If you approach work with the mind-set of “What can I offer?” instead of “What can I get?” it can powerfully alter the very substance of your engagement.
Consider impact more than paycheck as an employee.
I did stand-up comedy for eighteen years. Ten of those years were spent learning, four years were spent refining, and four years were spent in wild success. I was seeking comic originality, and fame fell on me as a by-product. —STEVE MARTIN
What's the lesson here?
It’s often easy to ignore prompts and instincts because of a fear of the effort involved to act on them.
We ignore the nudge, we overthink the process involved and bury ourselves in the thought of whar the outcome would look like.
Snap out of this gap my fren.
Ideas that seem obvious to you may be incredibly profound to others,
but you may be inclined not to share them because of a fear that they will be perceived as too shallow.
You must have the courage to fight for your position and idea at all times, even if you're the least.
I love this statement from HENRY MILLER
"Develop an interest in life as you see it; the people, things, literature, music—the world is so rich, simply throbbing with rich treasures, beautiful souls and interesting people. Forget yourself."
What are you interested in??
Leadership 107:
You must be willing to speak the truth as you see it, and to receive it from the other person even when it’s uncomfortable to hear.
Nobody wins when you shape the truth to make it more palatable.
Be open minded, avoid defensiveness at all cost.
Namaste 🙏
Healthy, well-functioning relationships don’t happen by accident.
They result from consistent effort, argument, celebration, and resolution.
We grow together as we engage in meaningful work, and
especially as we engage in purposeful conversation.
Build good relationship!
Intention and theory don’t change the world; decisive action does.
Overthinking and aspirations can't move a needle when it comes to success, work/walk you way to it.
Start with a decisive ACTION today.
We’d prefer a guaranteed method for success. We want the results without the uncertainty and risk. The hard truth is that there is no real and lasting success without the potential for failure. The pain of the journey is what allows you to sustain your success on the other side.
Don’t worry about being great in the eyes of others; focus on excelling at your work.
The desire to be seen as great can be a paralyzing force. It’s something you can’t control.
Measure your work by your daily progress on what matters to you, and be DILIGENT!
