Senator @Hickenlooper, the National Mall, Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, and D.C. fountains are National Park Service properties, core parts of our public lands system. By longstanding federal law (FLREA), ~20% of entrance fees from fee-charging parks like Yellowstone and Yosemite support fee-free NPS sites exactly like these. This isn't "redirecting" money away from parks. It's maintaining iconic American landmarks visited by millions every year.

Calling routine upkeep on the National Mall "vanity projects" is dishonest spin. Our parks have a massive maintenance backlog. Prioritizing high-visibility national treasures while also raising non-resident fees to generate more revenue for the system is responsible management, not neglect.

Public lands deserve facts, not partisan attacks.

Since joining the U.S. Senate in 2021, Colorado's John Hickenlooper hasn't sponsored a single piece of major, impactful legislation. Do nothing.

ICYMI: To kick off Pride Month, Gov. Jared Polis signed HB26-1322 — a bill letting “conversion therapy” (biological reality) recipients sue counselors, employers, and even parents for unlimited damages.

This directly defies the Supreme Court’s recent 8-1 ruling in Chiles v. Salazar striking down Colorado’s prior ban (HB19-1129) as unconstitutional viewpoint discrimination.

Democrats doubled down: no statute of limitations, reversed burden of proof, and heavy liability for any provider OR PARENT who affirms biological reality instead of pushing wrong-sex confusion.

Colorado has made gender ideology its state mandated religion — with over 20 laws forcing it on kids, schools, and families. Dissent = lawsuits.

Biological truth isn’t hate. Helping children be comfortable in their body & biological sex isn’t “conversion therapy.” Our freedom to tell our children the truth isn’t optional.

Meet ENEMY of girls sports:
Jacquelynn Rich Fredericks

She is a talented leftist lawyer that previously contended for illegal immigrants to get in-state tuition.

Now she is the lawyer taking up the cause of Jeffco schools placing BOYS into girls’ beds, bathrooms and sports teams.

She was hired by Jeffco Schools to defend against the Title IX violations being pursued by the Office of Civil Rights. That is right she is advocating against girls and for the trans-identified males.

Among other things she argues that Jeffco has been pushing boys in girls spaces for 10 years and that since it is ok by CO state law they can continue violate Federal law. She calls it a “tension”.

She is apparently a mom of one and is passionate about equity and critical race theory.
