Do you know if I this will get resolved this week? Please advise what happens with the 2 booked exams that both had issues? Will this be reset or credited? Will the date be extended? Please can you assist with answers for the above? Thanks

I don't have an option to reschedule as both attempts have been used up and both attempts had technical issues
@FlaviaCioanca@linuxfoundation PS I have no option to reschedule, it looks like the platform used up both my 1st attempt for the 11th and free re-take for yesterday the 12th. I was ready and prepared both times and both times experiences technical issues. I still haven't had my actual 1st attempt

I raised 2 tickets yesterday morning, they're both awaiting an assignee and in status waiting for support. TCCS-53370 and TCCS-53364 (I just checked again now)
@oschvr@linuxfoundation@FlaviaCioanca Ialso noticed the status page got changed. Was showing major outage past 4 days now only shows the 9th and last 3 days no incidents. I logged 2 tickets, both unassigned and no contact from anyone
