Ok, fixed it by replacing "and" with "&", and numbers like "one" and "two" by digits "1" and "2"...

Aaargh... The two hardest things in submitting #umbraco #codegarden sessions.

1) Which topic to pick from all the stuff that is done in 365 days within the company

2) Make sure to fit the description within 1,000 characters
