Some of you may have heard that I was very sick and in a coma for 14 days just a few months ago.
A miracle healing has occurred and today I shared my story.

@NicoleShanahan Appears that all is falling apart; truth is its all coming together according to Prophecy. Most have never studied the Bible. If they have, most study a corrupt version and/or are taking verses out of context. Deut 28:43-45 applies to dispensation of law, not grace.
They’re finally saying the quiet part out loud.
The U.S. can’t repay the debt. They can’t default. Their only option is to debase.
Debase against what?
The one thing they didn’t tariff: gold.
The one thing they built a strategic reserve for: #Bitcoin
My Bitcoin story is pure luck.
First I luckily worked my ass off to earn a high income.
Then I luckily spent all my free time learning about the history of money and distributed systems.
Then I luckily took all my money and invested it into bitcoin.
Then luckily I convinced my wife to live on 25% of our income while we put the rest into bitcoin.
Then I luckily didn’t go on vacation or buy nice things for years.
Then luckily everyone laughed at me / told me how wrong I was
Then I luckily sold my car and drove a shitty fucking moped to stack more sats.
Then I luckily suffered through multiple 80% drawdowns.
Then I luckily doubled down at the bottoms.
Then I luckily persisted for a decade.
Pure luck all of it.
Thank god I’m lucky.
If I wasn’t I’d be totally fucked.
The #Bitcoin halving was almost 6 months ago.
I gave this presentation at MIT the day after the halving...
Explaining why it would take 6 months before Bitcoin's price starts to run.
That time is nearly here, finally. Buckle up!
In my opinion, Saylor’s thoughtful consideration of the future is 5-10 steps ahead of the next closest person.
This in no way means he is always correct. For example, he was proven wrong about #Bitcoin being the only crypto ETF.
Personally, I believe his logic was sound on that matter. Therefore, I was also proven wrong.
However, the way he deduces information is unparalleled. Succinct and with clear rational thought.
People need to remove their bias before they open their ears.
$MSTR has made one of the most incredible transitions seen in a company in the history of finance.
He is engineering a new breed of bitcoin standard based balance sheets and he’s been doing it for free.
Saylor leads that initiative and now he’s protecting his business interests.
And rightfully so, he explains coherently his reasoning for such. And anyone listening with any ounce of integrity will say there are fair points to be made on either side the developer discussion.
Saylor is not an enemy of Bitcoin, he is in fact one of the strongest proponents.
With all that being said, while it is nice to hear what Saylor has to say about the network, he alone cannot force ossification or any stagnation in the development beyond his own expression of his opinion.
At the end of the day Bitcoin will be Bitcoin.
Disclaimer:
I’m a big $MSTR and #BTC bull
$ETH fanbois are enjoying their own little Super Bowl right now and I hate being a buzzkill, but everyone must understand this fact. 👇🏻
An ETH ETF is extremely dangerous and will usher in the demise of Ethereum (and, indeed crypto). 💀
Want to know why?
Vitalik understands this, which is why he’s doing the smart thing and dumping $ETH. (hint: you should too!)
What we know as fact:
ETH ETF with no staking? No yield!
Yet an ETH ETF with staking?
Because of Proof of Stake, Coinbase and BlackRock, et al will quickly grab control of the protocol with voting control.
Proof of Work is immune, PoS is dangerously vulnerable to manipulation and a hostile Wall Street takeover.
Vitalik Buterin understands this, which is evidenced by the fact that we see his wallet dumping $ETH. (h/t @ArkhamIntel)
The government wants a honeypot and control, transaction censorship, etc. and they will achieve this through a spot ETF.
The #Bitcoin ETF has only strengthened Bitcoin by tightening supply:demand even further. It’s shattered all ETF records.
ETH is going to zero and its value will inevitably flow to #Bitcoin
There’s never been a better time to swap this centralized PoS Ethereum for the hardest money on Earth. ✊🏻
If you have reach (I don’t) please consider reposting this.
If 8,000 people competed for a commodity with supply limited to 21 units, how much would they pay to get their hands on each unit? Fractional units? What about multiple units?
This is the game we are playing when it comes to #Bitcoin .
There are only ever going to be 21,000,000 #BTC .
8,000,000,000 people (and this number will likely rise) around the world can benefit from owning some.
Now let's think of an even crazier scenario...
19 units of the good have already been sold, and 7,950 of the 8,000 people still have no idea what's going on. They haven't even realized that this good is something they can benefit from.
What happens when those 7,950 people figure it out? How much are they willing to pay to get their hands on even a fractional unit, if it improves their life significantly?
Bitcoin protects you from monetary debasement over the long term. It's a way to opt out of inflation.
What's that worth to you?
How many trillions of dollars of value are people willing to pay to protect potentially their entire lineage?
Bitcoin is infinitely divisible. There will be demand for smaller and smaller units over time. Most of the people holding Bitcoin will not sell - they will exchange it for goods and services.
Your ability to buy Bitcoin with fiat currencies is slowly disappearing. Eventually, the only available supply will be available in exchange for goods and services.
The biggest story in corporate finance is a little known software company that used to trade at a $1.5b market cap.
Its balance sheet has grown from $500m to $13b liquid in four years by doing nothing other than adopting a superior currency.
