@cineworld @PearlJam Your customer service has been appalling. Every one got a “comp” ticket and a full refund. We paid in part with @Tesco clubcard vouchers and have been told we will not get a refund, including the £12 we paid on top of the vouchers. A shockingly poor way to treat customers.
