@BlizzardCSEU_EN@BlizzardCS Morning, could either of you assist with routing issues with your servers, currently we're seeing issues of EU servers getting routed to US region, insame delay, latency jumping from 20-5k. ISPs and VPNs dont help. Kazzak and Moonglade so far.
@ArelionCompany Could you advise why you Twelve99 routing for EU servers for blizzard is causing it to get rerouted through US servers? This is causing nearly unusable services for us.

@CityPowerJhb Updates on this? Our area is always forgotten about. There are ALSO 200+ houses down the road from the church that are still out. Last week it was 4 days, now again we're out. CPWEB4606822
@CityPowerJhb Yes, that's the literal update we get everyday. Last update is your team hasn't even started the find the issue yet. Everytime our area has this issue and it takes almost a week to fix it. Unbelievable
