@AvantiWestCoast I have moved and dealing with an aggressive man for a second time this evening is not appealing to me. It is clear that there should have been an announcement stating people shouldn’t sit in seats they don’t have reservation for.

@AvantiWestCoast your train staff clearly need to explain what happens on a crowded train when the reservations are no longer valid. I’ve just had a young Scottish man swearing at me and being very aggressive as I was sitting in his seat. If all reservations are no longer valid

@AvantiWestCoast So basically, because there was no announcement, I had one woman saying she wouldn’t get out of our seats because she was told the seats were now unreserved and another passenger to get out his seat cos he was reserved.

@AvantiWestCoast They may have misunderstood but no one was telling people the screens were not working so not to sit in a sit that did not have reservations for. Surely that is a solution

@AvantiWestCoast No but all the seats said reserved from Euston. So when I pointed that out (and the fact an older person was in my reservation) he started swearing at me to get the fuck out of his seat. He got on at Warrington. I was sitting in a seat reserved from Euston.
