Writing this down and putting it on my social media so I can hold myself accountable and get my arse in gear.
I would like to have moved to Bristol by Valentines Day 2024, have a job I somewhat enjoy and more hobbies and friends.
A conversation I had with my parents today:
Mum: 'Jemma, we just want you to be happy and find your purpose in life, so we're going to whole heartedly support whatever decisions you make regarding your career'
Me: 'I've decided I would like to pursue acting"
Mum: 'Not that'
At the start of the month I told myself that I would be making sobriety, sense and stability my motto for the second half of 2023. I am here to report that this month was infact sponsored by alcohol, chaos and stupidity.... yeah I'm really not proud of how I've acted in July!
British friendships really are just insulting each other and calling it banter, for example I've had this absolute gem thrown at me tonight.... "Though she be but little, she is fierce..... No you're medium and damaged."

I've started a podcast about Greek Mythology with my friend Lucuis.
Please give it a listen and subscribe.

A recurring theme that I've noticed in 2023, is that I will say that I'm definitely not going to do something and then end up doing that exact thing 2-3 months later. Can I use this theme for good?
Lets be honest for a second I hate chaos. I've not made some great decisions this year and while others share a portion of the blame, I have not acted like a great human or with much care for others. I seem to forget that I can't skip around causing chaos without consequences.
@SegaSteve You probably won't see this until you back but just incase you do. If you get time you should check out Maneskin and Royal Blood, because they are amazing. Totally not jealous x
