@NSaloki @deutschetelekom @COSMOTE I am still having problems. The telephone was connected as a voice line and I could call support on that. However the dsl line is now down so i can't use that to get support. Why doesn't @COSMOTE enable the international number?

@NSaloki @COSMOTE @deutschetelekom Still waiting for 'escaleted' response. I wasted 35 euros on a pay as you go SIM hanging on for 1388 support yesterday - which of course just cuts off after 20 minutes without answer. I hope their 5G plans work out.

@JemTPrince @COSMOTE This is insane. Seems it's still not possible to communicate with @COSMOTE via my @deutschetelekom - or any non-Greek phone number. Still the best chance to get support is to escalate via social media... 😕

@COSMOTE I can neither phone in or out. The ADSL line works for the internet ok. I have and adsl filter for the phone. I get no dial tone on the phone.
