@depop awful customer service. You automatically signed me up to ‘boosted’ without my consent/knowledge, which is illegal as it is a paid service. Now you have charged me for the item which has sold. I have tried to complain and got the same automatic message twice.

@FlyWithLEVEL Horrendous customer service. On the second flight change in 2 weeks, not being given the option for a refund because the flight is changed less than 3 hours but my arrival is delayed into London by more than 4 hours (12 hours from the original booking). What???

Searching ‘calorie’ and ‘menu’ currently makes me see I’m in a very large, crowded boat. Food and I are great friends now, but each time I see a calorie content, I’m pulled back 14 years, and I remember that fear. This law will only hurt those trying to learn to love food again.

@coopuk Is it really necessary in 2021 to wrap broccoli in plastic... it’s almost impossible to buy vegetables without plastic in your store, which is upsetting and means I don’t buy veg there, but I had assumed at least broccoli would be flying solo with no plastic waste!
