Why would women have children as a public service when governments cant prioritise basic public services that children need? Health, education, housing etc are no longer guaranteed. If you can't afford a decent life for a child it's hard to make that argument.

If the current government reverses any more climate policies, the UK will have none at all.
The problem isn't the ambition of the #ULEZ, its the implementation. People don't like being charged for things they can't control and can't afford. Subsidise + incentivise for change.
