@FragranceShopUK they rarely answer the emails, and social media isn’t responded to either. I can not sit listening to that music for another hour after being out on hold again, I just want my refund for something I’ve never received!

@JulieHepburn @FragranceShopUK So many people have said the same thing on social media, holding off on refunds and being hung up on.. I’ll be looking into it with regards to taking it all further and get back to you

@JulieHepburn @FragranceShopUK God only knows, the customer service is ridiculous - wouldn’t mind but I didn’t even say anything to warrant being hung up on when I finally got through - I just said I wanted a refund on my non existent perfume 🤣
