Married my best friend @timsigley, in 2013, who I love with all my ❤️. Mum to @minimeEva & I'm the favourite Aunty (obvs) 🤪 to Nancy & Ivy, Dan & Ellie xx
@BBCNWT view over towards Cheshire from Werneth Low. Lovely sunset at 4pm tonight. Hope it stays clear later to see if we can still see the solar storm. #Woodley#WernethLow
@Morrisons in Bredbury Stockport. You need to sort the store out. There is always low or missing stock. They never have any trolleys by the door and as for staff bickering whilst people wait at tills for assistance! Sort it out #BringDarrenBack
This series of Married at first Sight UK has me hooked but for all the wrong reasons. Paul needs to see Trisha is a psychopath. Thomas I’m so sorry to see Ros treat you that way and Laura is more interested in her two horrible friends. No connections! #mafsuk
Are these two the reason Laura’s first husband did one? Don’t think these are actually on Laura’s side. I think they need to go and find themselves something else to worry about. Arthur shouldn’t be their issue. #mafsuk#mafsuk2023
Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay It’s hard, especially when you have been abused in the past, to let folk know you are hurting. Suffering in silence is the default. The last thing we need is to show vulnerability and be abused again. It’s one of the bravest most difficult things of all to show vulnerability. To lower the mask. Seems even harder these days with all these “perfect life” projections we see everywhere we look on the internet. If you see a friend who seems quieter than usual, reach out to them. Do something nice for them… doesn’t have to be big… bring a couple of donuts round and get them to put the kettle on. Talk. If you’re feeling like you can’t go on with life, there are people on the ends of phones who can help. In the UK that number is 0800 689 5652 in the US it’s 988 Don’t throw that towel in. Never throw that towel in. Lots of love.
