@charlesincities Our new neighborhood (established circa 1920/1930) has changed our social dynamic and made us far happier. Son loves walking to hardware and corner grocer on our block, and we walk to friends houses for dinner. I rarely drive as school bus stop is a block away, and I’m FT remote.
