@KimCoppen That totally sucks, sorry 😢 We experienced something similar in our first place here but the landlord contested it with the municipality. It even doubled while we were away for 2 weeks. Now we have water shedding; so we just don’t have water for about a week every, single month

If you also use #prepaidelectricity and live in South Africa, this question is for you. Have you noticed that every time there is #Loadshedding some of your units have disappeared when your lights come back on? I’ve monitored it and we lose 4units with each session. #eskom

@KimCoppen I totally get that, thanks Kim. It’s still a bit baffling though because this wasn’t the case until this past week and we haven’t added any new appliances or a thing. Plus we have surge protector plugs on everything, incl the fridges so it takes at least 5mins to switch back on.
