-beware the DEI expert who doesn't have the competencies they should have!
-DEI is a business transformation therefore, give it the money it deserves
-look at how you recruit (ditch the jargon, don't make the process mysterious etc)

- before even considering recruiting, really zoom in on your retention
- companies who have focused on supporting ND needs (properly) are accelerating in performance
- belonging is essential to you thriving, particularly if you're ND, and is constant effort
