Why can't conferences about SEND actually have speakers that have SEND?! SENCos and "advocates" aren't enough. One or two voices out of an entire day isn't it.

@secretHT1 Connection and listening are tantamount to good teaching.
I'm very thankful to be able to build time into every lesson to catch up and chat with students. It makes a tremendous difference to increasing engagement and willingness and lowering frustration in lessons.
