@IcelandFoods No. Who do I email about the terrible decision to put fast customer service on X, the porn and spam website? Look at how many phishing responses every customer gets when trying to reach out. It's dangerous.
@IcelandFoods My order hasn't shown up, was marked as "Order Picked" (i.e. not out) until 4 mins past the delivery slot, then suddenly skipped all the way to "Delivered." It certainly has not been. How long do I wait before making a huge fuss about it? Because I'm pretty upset.

I post one public message to goad a company into actually helping me, and get flooded with 17 responses from spam accounts trying to harvest my data. This is an atrocious and dangerous place for any business to handle customer support.
Hey @Photobox, why does cilcking on the "email us" button in your help centre just open the stupid chatbot? It asked for my email address, so I provided it thinking it was tying my email to my account or something: nope, gotta wait for an agent to connect. This is NOT helpful.
