@vtvsa we have to check our bias at the door, and then react only after we question the bias; leaders have institutional power - to be honest, but we engage (unconsciously) in: White lies; Grey lies; blue eyes; colorless lies; red lies- these create deception about yourself.

@vtvsa Implicit Bias: .. humans are consistently, routinely and profoundly biased; certain people benefit and other people are penalized/ traumatized (this is where we have blind spot- some groups benefit from biases , some do not).
