The version of the RAISE Act that the NY Legislature passed would have required disclosure of this "incident."

After lobbying from OpenAI, Bloomberg, and a16z, the final version the Governor signed allows companies to hide events like this.

Completely missing from this article: 55% of Black New Yorkers approve of @NYCMayor @ZohranKMamdani job’s performance (Marist) and 67% of Latino New Yorkers had a favorable view of Mayor Mamdani (Siena).

Unfortunately, some political leaders within the Democratic Party would rather make excuses for why they lost voters instead of figuring out how to win them back.
