ALERT: Train derails outside of San Diego Padres stadium before smashing into a bridge.

3 train cars carrying automobiles derailed outside of Petco Park in downtown San Diego and fell onto a nearby bridge pillar.

Authorities say they have set up a concrete barrier blocking all northbound bicycle, motor, and pedestrian traffic near the incident, and it could remain closed for several weeks.

The city of San Diego released a statement saying crews are "conducting structural assessments to the elevated roadway above the train tracks to determine needed repairs."

Wow, defense has already rested in the Karmelo Anthony trial, meaning closing arguments start tomorrow…

This follows multiple days of the defense’s OWN witnesses stating that they think that Karmelo provoked the situation and was in the wrong.

One of the witnesses, who originally stated that Karmelo was “surrounded”, recanted his statement, after the prosecution played footage showing that this witness had his back turned during the stabbing of Austin Metcalf.

Apparently Karmelo's lawyer suggested that Austin Metcalf "impaled himself on the knife," and one juror was left in shock after seeing photos of Metcalf's body for the first time, per the Daily Mail.

Earlier today there was an over two hour delay in court proceedings that we still haven’t received explanation for.

Many are speculating that the defense was trying to reach a last minute plea deal following what many have framed as multiple “disastrous” days for the defense.

Reminder, that prosecution brought forward 21 witnesses, many of which were students who were under the tent the day the stabbing took place.

One witness stated that Karmelo was asked to leave 15 times before the stabbing took place.

Another witness, who personally knew Karmelo, stated that Karmelo told Metcalf “You’re not going to move me. You’re a b*tch,” and “touch me and find out.”

Several students also stated that they did not believe Karmelo stabbing Austin was in “self-defense”.

Closing arguments are set for tomorrow morning and the judge has sequestered the jury encouraging them to pack a bag “in case they can’t make a decision by the night,” per local FOX reports.

First, @USAttyEssayli I do not believe you. Or anyone else in California politics, law or justice. Because you all know exactly how California voter fraud is done.

This is a silly game of pretending. You are pretending not to know. I'll explain it again.

All of you know:

Former Attorney General Eric Holder was hired by California govt to advise on the election changes created by linking DMV database to Secretary of State database.

The tech team that wrote the code to link the DMV and SOS were given specific instructions. The affirmative flag, the checkbox in the DMV system that says the applicant is legally eligible to vote, was neutralized.

Meaning, if the checkbox is left blank, the computer system accepts the application from the DMV as affirmative. The DL applicant data is transferred to the SoS office, and the applicant is registered to vote.

Illegal Aliens, unlawful migrants, were allowed to get California Driver's Licenses and State IDs. The Motor-Voter process now registers those drivers and ID recipients as legal voters and ballots are created.

Those illegal ballots form the core of the voter fraud in California and were first used in the November 2018 midterm election as the beta test for national rollout.

Not a single person in Sacramento politics doesn't know this. All of you are aware. All you have to do is go check and you will see.

The fraud is impossible to prosecute. The fraud is built into the system. Go look. Everyone knows.
