Plus their customer service team is impossible to get in touch with and their team is just not answering us when we try to ask to speak with someone on their customer support team 😭
Has anyone else ever experienced predatory billing from @airtable? I have no problem paying bills, but Airtable was sending notifications to a defunct email and we weren't even actively using the service- their collections team has been harassing us that we still owe $8K even...
though we were not aware of the bills. And they only sent a bill to our wider team one whole year later demanding the money. I would understand if we were using the service - but billing us when we weren't even active users is insane to us - anyone else deal with this?!?!

I’ve been recovering and starting to feel better. I’ve been thinking a lot about the emotions that I experienced during my time in the ICU and after. Major caveat: I know people have had it worse and people have lost loved ones, but I want to share some of what I experienced. 1/
