I would like to know when it will arrive and why payment was taken a month before shipping the item! I previously sent a compliant via your web chat which was forwarded to your team well over a week ago and have had no reply.

@SportsDirectUK Hello I placed the order on the 15th of August. The order was process on the 20th of August and XDP said the consignment info was received on the 21st of August. I have no delivery notification although it was estimated to be delivered on the 28th of August.

no item has arrived. I can’t track it with XDP as no consignment number was given to me and XDP never sent a follow up email to say it was out for delivery which they said they would. The payment was taken weeks ago.

The order was never cancelled and I’ve received several emails asking for a review of the furniture I never received! I’m incredibly disappointed with the service and would like to know where on earth my furniture is
