@MK_IDpharm @accpinfdprn @SIDPharm We have a pilot program of using for GP osteo, bacteremia, endocarditis. Mostly for IVDA, but have used as PICC sparing option. Estimated to equal ~4 days inpt admission so our leadership is very supportive of use
