So basically... @Instacart is offering a "perk" of a free year of @Grubhub PLUS - but they don't want my money & have horrible customer service, so this is actually not a "perk" ... But I want to give @DoorDash kudos for being much better at offering the service they advertise.

When I pointed that out to your "supervisor" as you can see - she didn't respond, she just disconnected. I am happy to use @DoorDash who doesn't make it nearly this difficult to use their service. But seriously... this experience has been ridiculous.

Also, you can STILL go online today and reserve a @ThriftyCar... They will give you a confirmation number... Even though there are no cars available. At least the other companies will say none available when you try to reserve.

Apparently a "reservation" is only a REAL reservation at @ThriftyCar if you pre-pay. So they have cars here, but I can't have one because I didn't prepay. Even though I made reservationa month ago. (1/2)
