Another 2 weeks passed. Today @VivaAerobus offered $350 for a suitcase that had $2000+ in it. no supervisor ever working. No one’s ever called back. No help over SM or email. NEVER FLY THEM. @Raiders you should be ashamed you do business w/them.

@VivaTeEscucha We’ve tried this already. You guys respond to public tweets but don’t actually do anything. After 90 min on Friday, an agent told us someone would call the next day. No call. Like always. A suitcase worth $2000+ lost & no one does a damn thing to locate it.
