Ending the yr flooded by memories of my friend Mahmoud's home in Gaza City. Ramadan iftar meals, laughing w/ his family. After he married, staying with his sweet family on the floor built above. Mahmoud just learned-his home is entirely destroyed. Memories are all that remains.
