You can’t see it very well, but we had a special guest behind our promethean panel…🦗🦗the kids named him “Pablito”the cricket. The kids figured he wanted to be part of our classroom today. ❤️
Loved seeing my students work through math challenges. Hearing their conversations helped me make better decisions on how to differentiate in small group. @CFISDWalker#readytogrow

All CFISD schools and facilities will be closed again on Monday, May 20. Travel is a concern due to the number of traffic lights out and the amount of debris on the roads. Additionally, many of our campuses (and families) are still without power. We will reassess the situation and provide an update on Monday regarding Tuesday's status. Thank you for your patience and understanding as CFISD and the entire Cy-Fair community continue to recover from Thursday’s storm.
Dear CFISD community,
Our maintenance, operations, and facilities teams are continuing to assess and repair exterior damages to our facilities following Thursday evening's storm. Widespread power outages persist, and we know many of you are facing similar challenges at your home. We are closely monitoring campus conditions, and plans for Monday, May 20 will be communicated tomorrow. Updates will be posted on our district website, social media channels, and through SchoolMessenger. Stay safe!
Inspired by the Oregon Trail, the Lego Challenge-Disaster Island will have your students engaged and learning!
