She woke up early to work out.
Kept a detailed journal.

This is more privileged than any woman I currently know and certainly more than any average woman in the past.

She was also functioning at a level far higher than many women who have far less support.

Honestly, she was functioning at a higher level than any person I've ever seen with legitimate psychosis.

She watched 3 children struggle and die by her own hands.
Yet, never heard the supposed "voice" ever again after their murders?
