@sainsburys receiving the worst customer service ever, the app has lost all my accounts details including my delivery saver and Xmas slot and I’ve had to speak to the call centre 5 times this week- none of them having a clue how to resolve. Utter shambles
@britishairways v disappointed with your customer service - been on hold forever and finally get through, to be told that I can’t get a refund or change my flights- cost of living crisis forcing me to cancel and you are pocketing my money
